ABOUT HOPE CHRISTIAN ACADEMY
A Guide for Families and Staff Members
Hope Christian Academy Mission Statement
The mission of Hope Christian Academy is to provide an exemplified academic curriculum, experience a personal spiritual growth, and utilize the God-given talents of each student.
All final policy decisions are made by the Hope Christian Academy School Administrator or her proxy. Exceptions deemed necessary by the Administrator to any school policy should not be misconstrued as exceptions for anyone else. The administration of HCA reserves the right to modify or change policies within this handbook. Any major change will be communicated to the students and parents in writing.
The HCA Administration reserves the right to admit students of families that are non-church members. Admittance may be with special requirements set forth by the school Administration on a case by case basis. All special requirements will be in writing and agreed upon before student matriculation.
The responsibility for scholastic achievement at HCA is placed on the student. The rules and procedures utilized in the school have the potential to produce responsible and dependable Christian men and women. While the process of growth may at times be frustrating to a parent, remember the end result for which we are striving. HCA cannot guarantee that your child will graduate as a quality Christian and member of the community, but HCA can guarantee that your child will be given the tools to achieve this status.
Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6
