Pastor Phoebe Solero Vansylalom is the daughter of Pastors Luis and Ruth Solero. She was born in the Philippines and served at Hope of the City Church since she was petitioned by her parents to the United States in 2010. Eventually, she met her husband Brandon, and were married in February 2022.
In 2021, the Lord has opened the door for Hope of the City to plant a church in Alaska. Pastor Phoebe, and her husband Brandon, took the call of God to move to Anchorage, Alaska two weeks after their wedding. They are parents to one dog, Nuna, and firstborn son, Judah, whom they are expecting to be born this January 2026.
Pastor Phoebe and Brandon served both in worship, small groups, and media.
