Pastor Phoebe Solero Vansylalom is the daughter of Pastors Luis and Ruth Solero. She was born in the Philippines and has served at Hope of the City Church since she was petitioned by her parents to the United States in 2010. She met her husband Brandon in 2020, and were married in February 2022.

In 2021, the Lord has opened the door for Hope of the City to plant a church in Alaska. Pastor Phoebe, and her husband Brandon, took the call of God to move to Anchorage, Alaska two weeks after their wedding. Pastor Phoebe and Brandon have served both in worship, small groups, and media.
